For our annual meet the grantees event, Bennelong House was transformed into a 'farmers market' with delicious food from Cooking With Koji, Happy Crumbs and Somali Sisters Catering. These business are supported through Sustain, Melbourne Food Hub and Global Sisters by providing business training support to women to create their own food businesses. Members of the Bennelong Foundation community were treated to an immersive experience, through having an opportunity to meet the women and try their products. Following the pop up marketplace members of the Bennelong Foundation community had the opportunity hear about how Sustain in partnership with Global Sister are supporting women create employment opportunities through the food industry.
