During the April 2020 school holidays the Bennelong Foundation partnered with KiP (Kids in Philanthropy) to run a three part school holiday program for the families in the Bennelong Foundation community. The workshops covered learning about what philanthropy is, exploring family values, acts of kindness and hearing from members of the social sector about their work. Participants also engaged in their own acts of kindness, via developing their own kindness projects and writing letters of support to other young people experiencing disadvantage. Due to the Corona Virus social distancing measures, the workshops were held online via zoom. The workshops were a great way to engage with our community and share the Bennelong philosophy of the spirit of caring.
